The Home Hub Story
Home Hub was founded by Roberto Estrella, an experienced realtor and broker in the Metro DC area, in 2021 in an effort to provide cost-saving, Limited Real Estate Services to those who are looking to save money on real estate transaction costs. Traditionally in real estate, the fees associated with buying, selling, and renting can be quite high and offer little room for negotiation. Home Hub was created as an alternative approach, to allow customers:
- to customize their buying, selling, and rental experience,
- to only pay for the services they need, and thus
- to ultimately increase their bottom line and/or reduce barriers to entry in today’s market.
By providing Limited Real Estate Services, sellers select only the services they need for their real estate transaction and only pay for those services. This offering allows sellers to save money on realtor fees and ultimately increase profits. As a buyer, you are provided with the opportunity to earn credits toward closing costs, the down payment, or the principal payment.
